Colorado Engineering Experiment Station, Inc. or CEESI was the secretariat for the International Symposium on Fluid Flow Measurement in 1999, 2002, 2006, and 2009.

About CEESI
CEESI provides NVLAP (National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program) accredited calibration services that are traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
Calibrations are performed primarily on air (at the Colorado facility) and natural gas (at the Iowa facility) and can encompass nearly every type of meter.
In addition to organizing the International Symposium on Fluid Flow Measurement, CEESI regularly offers introduction and advanced level courses on flow measurement, general and natural gas specific courses on measurement uncertainty, and introductory and advanced courses on ultrasonic flowmeters.
CEESI hosts annual event on ultrasonic meters called the Ultrasonic Meter User’s Workshop. Starting in 2010, this event will be hosted in both in Colorado, USA and Singapore.
CEESI has also worked with a variety of other organization to create the Flow Measurement Technical Library (History of the Flow Measurement Technical Library).
The North American Fluid Flow Measurement Council has granted permission to CEESI post all of the previous of the International Symposium on Fluid Flow Measurement on the CEESI website so that they can be available to the public.
Documents from presented at ISFFM are available for download six months after the symposium occurs.
Papers from previous ISFFM conferences are available for free download through the Flow Measurement Technical Library.
